Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not tolerated at Melody Studio and may result in immediate suspension or termination of lessons without refund:

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to speak up. You can report concerns to:

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a separate violation.

Enforcement & Consequences

Melody Studio reserves the right to determine appropriate consequences for violations of this Code of Conduct, up to and including permanent dismissal from the studio. Depending on the severity of the infraction, we may take one or more of the following steps:

  1. Verbal Warning: A private conversation to address the behavior and clarify expectations.
  2. Written Warning: A formal notice documenting the incident and required corrective action.
  3. Suspension: Temporary removal from lessons or studio premises for a defined period.
  4. Termination: Permanent cancellation of all lessons and access to the studio, without refund of remaining lesson credits.
